To order gammaCore, an HCP must submit a consult to Prosthetics, and then Prosthetics must submit the completed PO to Lovell Government Services by phone at 850-684-1867, fax at 850-254-9853, or email at CustomerService@lovellgov.com.
electroCore will then ship the device directly to the Veteran’s home and can follow up with them to provide training.
